If you’re looking for an individual physiotherapy led pilates session we can give you the attention you deserve. This might suit you if you are new to the Pilates practice and are wanting a little more guidance and a completely individualised experience.

Pilates PT is a good place to start and your physiotherapist can assess as well as introduce you to the Pilates practice, guiding you through the basics, key principles and core activation. 

Whether the goal is to join a class at the end of your one to one pilates sessions or assist in your rehab as you recover from injury, your physiotherapist will take you through a completely tailored programme every step of the way.

Small Group Private Lessons

Small group sessions are available at restörr; whether you and your friends want to train together more privately, or you want a more tailored session using the small equipment.

Or perhaps a more specific session focused on improving your riding position when horse riding. Small corporate training is also available on request. Please get in touch with any questions.

During a private pilates session your physiotherapist will do a comprehensive assessment of your needs and will be able to tailor the exercise delivery depending upon their assessment findings, ensuring exercise selection is specific to you.

During a private pilates session you will have the full attention of your Pilates teacher who can tailor the exercises specifically to meet your needs, as well as giving you that one to one support throughout to modify and progress your Pilates training at the right time. One to one Pilates sessions are more suited to those recovering from injury, returning to Pilates are some time out, or new to the practice.
